Products are tested on an ongoing basis during production to ensure all products meet customer requirements and are made with a standard process. Data resulting from these tests are available to customers via Certificates of Analysis for product batches as well as summary data upon request.

MAP and MGC personnel are available to support customers in the development of new applications, investigation into product or process issues, and to gain a better understanding of the superior qualities of MX-Nylon and how they may be better utilized in their product or process.

Three grades are produced from the MAP plant: 6000, S6007, and S6121. Our Sales and Marketing staff is available to assist in the selection of the proper grade for your application. We intend to provide the support necessary to listen to customers and are willing to jointly develop applications and new markets.

Quality and Technical support include the resources available at the MAP plant and the vast resources of MGC in Japan. Capabilities include:
